I-Destination of delivery
SexyDiversity.com currently delivers all around the world.
II-Information on the products
All the rights of the contents, images, texts and designs are property of Sexy Diversity. Also the description, photographs and other information on the products which are offered in our web site will be exposed as guidance.
III-Prices
All prices displayed on the Site are quoted in European currency (euro) and include V.A.T. Shipping and packaging costs are not included. These will be automatically added and display during order process.
SexyDiversity.com reserve the right to modify its prices in any moment but the products will be paid upon the basic price list in vigor in the moment when the order is registered.
IV-Payment
Payment can be made by the following methods: credit card -VISA or Mastercard-, by Paypal or bank transfer. Via bank transfer, the transfer must be made within a period of 3 working days with following dates: 0049 1416 15 2590065018 (for Spanish transfers) or IBAN: ES55 0049 1416 1525 9006 5018 and SWIFT: BSCHESMM (for international transfers) .If payment is not received within this period, the order will be cancelled.
V-Formalizing the orders
The order will be considered formalized after paying. At this time the buyer will receive via e-mail the order details and packaging will be within 24 hours.
VI- Cancellations
Logistic process is very short so SexyDiversity.com will only accept cancellations (total order) during the next three hours after the formalization of the purchase because after this period packaging would have been produced.
VII- Delivery
Delivery time depends on the destination. All orders to Peninsula, Andorra and Portugal are shipped via courier company and estimated date is within 1 to 3 days from the buying date (excluding weekends and festivals).
For Canary Islands, Baleares Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of the world, ship will be realized by post and delivery will be realized within the following period:
Baleares Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: from 2 to 5 working days approximately.
Canary Islands: between 2 to 8 working days approximately.
Rest of the world: from 2 to 20 working days depends on the country.
If for any reason - logistic motives or major forces - we cannot respect the estimated delivery date customer will be kept informed through e-mail.
SexyDiversity.com has the obligation to deliver the purchase in perfect condition in the direction indicated by the buyer (for destinations which are delivered by Courier Company, P.O. Boxes and Military Bases will not accepted).
Buyer will be responsible for the mistakes in the delivery process when the address given by him do not correspond to the actual. In this case the customer will be responsible for the possible costs.
SexyDiversity.com informs that delivery can be various packets but always in only one delivery.
Buyer should check the condition of the packet and reflect any abnormal state of delivery receipt. Any breakage, bang or any signs that it has been opened, should be notified to SexyDiversity.com quickly as possible without passing the following 7 working days of delivery.
If delivery is not produced within 10 to 15 days depending on the method of delivery (10 in Courier Company and 15 in post office) order will be returned to our installations and corresponding costs will be paid by the buyer -without possibility of re-shipment.
If the packet is considered officially lost (normally between 15 and 21 days from delivery date) the customer will receive the total amount of the purchase via the same means in which buyer paid for the purchase (credit card, Paypal or bank transfer) and the correspondent communicated by e-mail or telephone.
VIII. Return policy
All items that have been purchased from this website - with the exception of lingerie and underwear (for hygienic reasons) - can be returned within seven days of receipt and according to the following policy:

Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and must be in an unused condition. To prevent damaged merchandise we recommend return it in a box.
It must include the invoice marking the items to return (in case of losing the invoice, it can print it from your account).
The easiest way to return is via your local post office.
Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs unless the product(s) received was damaged or do not otherwise conform to the order. Under no circumstances will SexyDiversity.com accept goods returned pay-on-delivery.
Returned products which do not fulfill the requisitions previously will be refused and returned to the customer who will pay the shipping costs.
You will be notified via email once your return has been received and you will then be refunded (within 48 hours) via the same means in which you paid for your purchase -credit card or Paypal-. For orders paid for by bank transfer, customer must provide SexyDiversity.com with a bank account number to be credited with the corresponding amount.
Refund only applies to returned items. Please be aware that post and packaging is not refundable, except where items have been returned because they are faulty or do not otherwise conform to your order.
IX-Mode “¡Surprise!”
¡Surprise!
is a service for purchases to become gifts. This service has an additional cost of 5.00 € and includes:
- Gift packaging for all products purchased.
- Exclusive Customizable Card -only available in Spanish and English.
- Estimated delivery day indicated by the customer -this applies only to Peninsula, Portugal and Andorra.
Terms
The external box corresponds to an ordinary box but inside it includes the products wrapped in gift paper, the greeting card and the invoice (does not include prices).
For Spain, Portugal and Andorra, SexyDiversity.com not guarantee that Courier Company makes the delivery on estimated day given by customer, but we will do everything possible to satisfy his expectations. It is very important considering normal delivery times and it is not the responsibility of SexyDiversity.com if it is not possible delivery on the required date if it happens outside factors to Sexy Diversity: the recipient is absent, the Courier Company does not deliver on the desired time, the data provided is incorrect ... Weekends and holidays are excluded.

X-Diversity Points: Loyalty Program
Description
Sexy Diversity in order to reward their best customers has made the loyalty program Diversity Points.
Diversity Points accumulate automatically when a purchase is made in www.sexydiversity.com. Points are calculated based on total purchase amount (VAT and postage included) and displayed on the customer's account. For every 1.00€ customer receives 10 points.
Customer can also earn points by recommending the web through our form in the "Points Diversity". The amount of points received depends on the current promotion and will be essential that recipient register by e-mail sent for customer receives his points.
Points will be exchanged for Diversity Vouchers and products that are appropriately discussed in the current catalog Diversity Points. Customer must request redemption of their points through the "Points Diversity". The application will be assessed and subject to confirmation of availability of gift defendant. Sexydiversity.com reports that the Diversity Points:
They do not expire and are available in the customer's account until he cancels or ends the loyalty program.
They will be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
They cannot be transferred to other clients or other accounts.
If customer cancels a purchase or return products, the corresponding points obtained will be cancelled.

When a client of SexyDiversity.com sends a recommendation of the site to friends or family, it will be the customer who responds to any potential liability arising from such action. Sexy Diversity will have no liability because the customers are the ones who sent the recommendation of the site.
SexyDiversity.com reserves the right to modify these general conditions of the Loyalty Program without prior notice; may change, delete or add conditions, devices or services as it deemed fit, without in any way could be understood that incurs liability to the customers.
The Diversity Points and the benefits that they provide to their customers which are presented in this document, are part of the loyalty program, created by Sexy Diversity, which reserves the right to end the program at any time. In the event that it terminates the program, customers will be informed and hereby they renounce the pursuit of any legal action against Sexy Diversity for this reason.
XI-Diversity Card
Diversity Card is valid only for use by a single purchase in www.sexydiversity.com. The customer may purchase a card Diversity of the following values: 50.00 Euros, 75.00 Euros, 100.00 Euros, 150.00 Euros, 250.00 Euros and 200.00 Euros.
An additional amount of 4.00 Euros will be added to Diversity Card for expenses associated management.
Diversity Card will be sent by certified post. Optionally and additionally, the recipient may receive an e-mail with the information.
SexyDiversity.com informs that the data supplied by the customer about the recipient will be used only to ensure delivery. It will be customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information and if appropriate, respond to the potential drawbacks of such action.
Diversity Card is valid for 2 months from the date of payment to the contractor. If it is not used after that time, the amount of the value of the card will be refunded to the contractor in the same way he made the payment. This payment does not include the 4.00 € for management.
If the total purchase amount exceeds the value of the Diversity Card, the beneficiary shall pay the difference in the time of purchase. If otherwise not used the total value of the card, the remaining amount will be returned to the contractor (not including the 4.00 € for administration costs).
XII-Security
