Diversity Points Diversity Points accumulate automatically when a purchase is made in www.sexydiversity.com. Points are calculated based on total purchase amount (VAT and postage included) and displayed on the customer's account. For every 1.00€ customer receives 10 points.

Customer can also earn points by recommending the web through our form in the "Points Diversity". The amount of points received depends on the current promotion and will be essential that recipient register by e-mail sent for customer receives his points.

Diversity Points will be exchanged for Diversity Vouchers and products that are appropriately discussed in the current Catalog of Diversity Points. Customer must request redemption of their points through the "Points Diversity". The application will be assessed and subject to confirmation of availability of gift defendant. When we verified the stock of the product, if we have it the points will be deducted and the item will be sent free through Postage. There is not a deadline for making the shipment but Sexy Diversity will inform the customer when sending the product.

In the case of Diversity Vouchers, they will be applied in the customer's account.

General Conditions

Sexydiversity.com reports that the Diversity Points:

-         They do not expire and are available in the customer's account until he cancels or ends the loyalty program.

-         They will be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.

-         They cannot be transferred to other clients or other accounts.

-         If customer cancels a purchase or return products, the corresponding points obtained will be cancelled.

-         It will be removed the points obtained through the recommendation of the site when we see a fraudulent use. It is considered an abuse sending e-mails from the web between accounts of the same person that aim to benefit of the Diversity Points.

-         When a client of SexyDiversity.com sends a recommendation of the site to friends or family, it will be the customer who responds to any potential liability arising from such action. Sexy Diversity will have no liability because the customers are the ones who sent the recommendation of the site.

SexyDiversity.com reserves the right to modify these general conditions of the Loyalty Program without prior notice; may change, delete or add conditions, devices or services as it deemed fit, without in any way could be understood that incurs liability to the customers.

The Diversity Points and the benefits that they provide to their customers which are presented in this document, are part of the loyalty program, created by Sexy Diversity, which reserves the right to end the program at any time. In the event that it terminates the program, customers will be informed and hereby they renounce the pursuit of any legal action against Sexy Diversity for this reason.
